Aged Care Assistants
who want to be considered for future employer-sponsored opportunities with approved aged care providers in metropolitan Victoria.
✅ To be eligible, you must:
Hold a
Certificate III in Individual Support
(or a recognised relevant qualification such as a bachelor or diploma in nursing)
Have completed the
Direct Care Skills Assessment
through ANMAC
Meet the
English language requirements
Be
under 45 years of age
at the time of visa application and remain under 45 after two years, to be eligible for permanent residency later
Be committed to




living and working in this region long-term
in a full-time role

Sponsorships under the Aged Care Labour Agreement begin with a
2-year temporary visa
.
To progress to permanent residency, candidates must hold the temporary visa for 2 years and still be under 45 when they apply for the permanent visa.
