$***** Driver Allowance per shift.Additional TMA allowances applicable.Weekly pay, paid correctly and on time.Supportive operations and planning teams.Career progression into Crew Leader opportunities.The role as a TMA Driver, you will play a critical role in protecting work crews and road users across a variety of road maintenance, construction and infrastructure projects.RESPONSIBILITIESOperate Truck Mounted Attenuator (TMA) vehicles in high-speed environments.Undertake daily vehicle inspections and safety checks.Assist with traffic control set-up and pack-down activities.Work closely with Traffic Controllers,



Crew Leaders and clients.Maintain compliance with traffic management plans and site procedures.Deliver a professional and safety-first approach on every shift.Support a positive team culture and high safety standards.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSCurrent Construction White CardCurrent QLD Traffic Control Licence (Stop/Slow Bat)Current TMI AccreditationCurrent MR Licence minimum (HR highly regarded)Previous TMA driving experience preferredAbility to work days, nights and weekends when requiredStrong commitment to safety and teamworkHIGHLY REGARDEDHR LicenceVMS ExperienceCivil, asphalt or road maintenance experienceWHO IS PROTECH TRAFFIC?
