A well established transport business is currently seeking an experienced Reach Stacker Operatorwith high volume stacking & loading experience.You will be responsible for:Safely loading and unloading containers from trailersStacking containers within the yardSafe movement of the Reach Stacker within the yardMoving loaded containers away and placing empties down in a timely manner for the loading crewIdentifying and reporting all visible issues with containersDaily yard checks – keeping track of container movements and placementsManaging yard flow – ensuring efficiency and organizationWorking with the Transport and Export Managers to ensure smooth operationsWhat You Need to Succeed:A passion for heavy machinery and efficient depot operationsPrevious experience on a reach stacker and is preferred but not required – we'll provide training for the right personA robust focus on safety, teamwork, and efficiencyA commitment to safety standardsHigh attention to detailAbility to work autonomouslySomeone willing to get their hands dirty, step outside of their comfort zone and give it a crack!
Monday to Friday full time with seasonal Saturdays/Sundays.
