Complete Dental Coorparoo is seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our friendly team three to four days a week.
This is a role that plays a vital part in creating a welcoming and skilled experience for our patients.
Based in Coorparoo, QLD, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of our practice.What you'll be doingGreeting patients in a warm and professional manner upon arrival at the practiceManaging patient appointments, scheduling, confirmations and rescheduling as requiredAnswering telephone enquiriesProcessing patient payments and handling financial transactions accuratelyMaintaining patient confidentiality and managing patient records in compliance with privacy regulationsAssisting with general practice administration and support to the dental teamKeeping the reception area clean, organised and welcomingSupporting the dentists with patient flow and operational needsWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a customer service role preferred,
