We are looking for a casual experienced receptionist to be our first point of contact in our busy physio practice.Approximately ***** hours per week over 3-4 days + availability to cover adhoc leave & holiday cover, ideally some flexibility to work across "at times" our 4 locations within Sutherland Shire if needed!
Opportunity to develop to permanent part time.Selection criteria:Previous Physio or medical reception/allied health experience is a must!
Ideally, at least 2 yrs experienceFlexible Availability across Mon - SatStarting shifts may vary acrossMon- Fri,Potential for Sat mornings discussed in future if neededAttention to detail and professionalExperienced with HICAPS, Medicare, Workers comp/ CTP / NDS payment methodsProficient with diary programs within practice software, word, email- Advantage - Cliniko experienceWillingness to work in a team dynamic setting Start can be asap, update your resume, availabily & answer the selection SEEK criteria
