You'll create the content our community loves, keep our comments and DMs full of good vibes, and help more people discover the magic of making their own bear.You won't be flying solo.
You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager, who sets the brief, shares the marketing calendar and backs your ideas.
And it isn't just local: you'll also look after social for ourNew Zealand and Fijicommunities, so your work reaches fans well beyond home.What you'll be doingFilming and editing short-form video (Reels, TikToks and more), from in-store moments to launch day reveals, planned around our marketing calendarBeing the friendly voice in our DMs and comments, answering questions with warmth and passing anything tricky to the teamReviewing tagged posts and resharing the best of them, so our community gets to be the starKeeping an eye on trends and what's working,
