Medical Receptionist – Village Cardiology9–11 Layton Street, CamperdownVillage Cardiology is seeking an experienced, organised and professional Medical Receptionist to join our team supporting three cardiologists at our Camperdown practice.This is a permanent part-time role working Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the chance to pick up additional days as the practice grows and when covering staff leave.
It suits someone with a solid background in medical administration who enjoys the pace of a busy specialist practice, communicates with confidence and delivers compassionate, patient-focused service.As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the face of our practice, managing patient interactions, scheduling, and administrative tasks that directly contribute to the smooth operation of our cardiology services.About the RoleFront desk reception for three cardiologistsManaging patient bookings and enquiriesCoordinating telehealth and in-clinic appointmentsProcessing Medicare, DVA and private billingManaging correspondence, reports and referralsLiaising with referring practices,
