your day will include:Welcoming patients and managing arrivals with warmth and efficiencyScheduling and confirming appointments across multiple imaging modalitiesProcessing Medicare, DVA and private billing accuratelyHandling phone and email enquiries from patients and referrersMaintaining accurate patient records and supporting smooth clinic flowWorking closely with clinical staff to keep the day running seamlesslyAbout youPrevious experience in reception or customer service.
Medical or radiology experience is a bonus, but not essentialA warm, calm and skilled manner, especially with patients who may be anxious or unwellReliable access to transport and flexibility to work across our three Sutherland Shire locationsStrong attention to detail and confidence with computer systemsGreat communication skills and a genuine team-player attitudeFamiliarity with Medicare billing or radiology information systems (e.g. Karisma, Comrad) is highly regarded
