Worklocker is expanding our team and hiring an Online Fulfilment & Store/Decoration Assistant to join the team at the Sunshine Coast HQ immediately.

This role gets online orders out accurately and on time, and keeps stock and decoration work moving at Kawana.
About half the week is picking, packing and dispatching orders for our online stores.
The other half is unpacking and processing stock deliveries and helping the decoration team with digital printing.
Full time or Part Time hours available up to 38 hours per week.
Key responsibilities – online fulfilment (about 50%) Pick, pack and dispatch online orders accurately and and on the same day where possibleCheck every order against the picking slip for style, colour, size and quantity before it is sealedProcess stock transfers coming into Kawana for online orders and follow up any missing or delayed itemsPrepare consignments and labels in the shipping system and get them ready for Australia Post collectionPack orders neatly and securely, using packaging efficiently to keep freight costs downProcess returns and exchanges, inspect returned goods and put saleable stock back awayFlag stock discrepancies, damaged goods and out-of-stock items to the right person straight awayKeep the dispatch area clean, organised and stocked with packing materialsKey responsibilities – store and decoration support (about 50%) Stock receiving Unpack incoming supplier deliveries and check them against packing slips and purchase ordersReport short, over or incorrect deliveries to Purchasing for follow-up with the supplierTicket, label and put away stock,



and prepare stock transfers to the storesHelp with stocktakes and stock counts when required Decoration support Help the Digital Print Specialist prepare and run digital print jobs on garmentsPrepare garments for decoration, including checking the job against the order and counting and sorting stockFold, bag, label and pack finished decoration jobs for collection or dispatchDo quality checks on finished garments and report any faults before they leave the facilityKeep print equipment and work areas clean, and follow equipment care and safety instructionsLearn other decoration tasks as directed, such as heat pressing Workplace health and safety and general duties Follow all WHS policies and procedures, including safe manual handling and protected use of print and heat equipmentReport hazards, incidents and near misses to your manager straight awayWear the required uniform and safety footwearFollow the agreed weekly schedule between fulfilment and decoration, and tell your manager early if workload means it needs to changeHelp in other areas of the business, including in-store when required, and do other reasonable duties within your skills and trainingSkills, experience and attributes Essential Strong attention to detail and accuracyConfident using computers and quick to learn new systems, such as order, shipping and point-of-sale softwarePhysically able to stand for long periods and lift and carry cartons safelyOrganised, with the ability to manage your time across two areas of workReliable, punctual and happy to work as part of a teamClear written and spoken English Desirable Warehouse, dispatch or e-commerce fulfilment experienceGarment decoration or digital printing experience, such as DTF, DTG or heat pressRetail or workwear experienceCurrent driver licence
