About youWe are looking for experienced transcribers to work remotely as independent contractors.We require experience with NSW Courts and Tribunals (RSB) or Federal Court, but other Australian court experience will be considered.
Any experience checking and compiling transcripts would be highly regarded.National Police ClearanceQualifications, skills & experienceExperience in court transcription, Federal Court or NSW.
Experience with other courts and jurisdictions would be consideredTyping speed of 80WPM (typing test will be required)Ability to meet deadlinesExcellent hearing and attention to detailAble to follow templates and client specific manualLove to typeTasks & responsibilitiesTranscribe audio, video, and live recordings accurately and efficientlyReview, proofread,



and edit transcripts to meet quality standardsMeet delivery deadlines and support team prioritiesIdentify and escalation complex transcription issuesContribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance.Remote work - compulsory requirements:Company Pty Limited ACN set-up for remote/work from home in court transcription.
This is NOT NEGOTIABLE, but we can assist with payment of company set-upStable internet and Windows 11 computer with ability to work multi-factor authentication and remote desktop.
Computer no older than 4-5 years, and must use an Infinity foot pedal.Ability to work during the day (Sydney time) for daily transcripts - 4 - 5 days per week preferred.Long term government clientson contractGrowing company and new long term government clients with market share growthWe pay all contractors weeklyEqual Prospect employerWe love what we do.We are excited to hear from you and what you can bring to the team!
