It makes the instruments, software and consulting services that engineers, scientists and researchers rely on to test and measure signals and electronics.Technical company, but not a technical roleThe products are complex, but you do not need to be an engineer.
Your job is customer service.
If a customer can't find the power button or needs to reset a device, you will have an in-house knowledge base to look it up.
If it needs more than that, you log a ticket or arrange a technician visit.




You will also get proper training.
