We are currently seeking a professional and organised Accommodation Receptionist to join our team at RAAF Base Wagga.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, has strong administrative skills, and takes pride in maintaining high accommodation standards.The PositionReporting to the Accommodation Manager, your responsibilities will include:Welcoming and assisting Defence members and guestsManaging accommodation bookings, enquiries, check-ins and check-outsAnswering phone calls and responding to emailsConducting room inspections and ensuring accommodation standards are maintainedCompleting cleaning inspections and quality auditsIssuing, tracking and auditing accommodation keysConducting furniture and fixture auditsMaintaining accommodation records and reporting requirementsAttending meetings with clients and stakeholdersProviding general administrative support to the accommodation teamThe PersonTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous reception, administration or customer service experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood computer skills,
