You'll work approximately 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday, in a relaxed, welcoming and supportive office environment.Key responsibilitiesGeneral bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial recordsAccounts payable and receivableBank reconciliations and transaction processingProcessing invoices and monitoring paymentsAssisting with payroll and superannuationMaintaining financial records using Xero and other accounting softwareAssisting with financial reporting and BAS preparationSupporting the firm's legal accounting and trust accounting processes where appropriateWorking with accountants and management team to keep everything running smoothlyAbout youPrevious bookkeeping or accounts experienceComfortable using Xero or similar accounting softwareOrganised, reliable and has valuable attention to detailEnjoys working with numbers and keeping things in orderFriendly,
