Customised Compounding is seeking a part-time/full-time (Mon-Fri) customer service admin staff to join our team in Dural, NSW.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and customer service support to our pharmaceutical compounding business.
With a focus on efficient and friendly customer interactions, this position is crucial in delivering a seamless experience for our clients.What you'll be doingHandle incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely mannerProcess customer orders and maintain accurate recordsProvide administrative support for the pharmacy team, including scheduling, data entry,
