building a strong understanding of compliance and ethical business practiceManage account opening and closing to a consistently high standardPick up projects with the Operations Manager as your skills and confidence grow, giving you a window into how the whole business runsLearn an exciting, specialised industry with full training and support behind youAbout YouTo be successful in this role ideally you will have:Up to two years' experience in a customer facing role such as customer service, concierge, venue, front of house, hospitality, retail or similar, or you're just starting out and keen to prove yourselfA real people person with a positive, energetic attitude and a passion for exceptional serviceExcellent client skills, with a friendly, professional manner and the confidence to stay calm and helpful with demanding clientsClear, confident communication, both face to face and over the phoneAdaptable, comfortable with change, and quick to pick up new systems and processesA great fit for a close, collaborative team, with a supportive attitude and a genuine investment in shared successCurious and eager to learn, with an openness to building a career in financeGood organisation and written communication skillsA proactive, can do mindset and the willingness to take on responsibilityWe are looking for the most talented and driven people who work for their passion, not counting hours.
