This full time role is providing excellent patient service and administrative support to our patients and clinicians.Key responsibilitiesAnswering the phone, welcoming and managing patient appointments, being extra friendly to patientsBooking appointments and providing information about the nuclear medicine and radiology procedures to patientsFast and accurate typingCommunication with medical practitioners, liaising with referrers, and patientsAssisting in any other office tasks in the practice when requiredAbout youA high level of professionalism, excellent telephone manner,
