Whether you're recommending a wine, mixing a cocktail, remembering a regular's favourite drink or keeping the bar flowing during a busy dinner service, you'll play an important role in creating an experience guests want to come back for.Your Day-to-DayYou'll help create a welcoming, vibrant and memorable bar experience by:Welcoming guests with warmth, confidence and genuine hospitalityPreparing and serving cocktails, spirits, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standardEngaging with guests, reading the room and making thoughtful recommendations based on their preferencesDeveloping strong knowledge of our drinks menu and being confident discussing wine, beer, cocktails and spiritsCreating memorable moments through genuine conversation and attentive serviceFollowing standard recipes and presentation standards while bringing your own personality to the barDelivering responsible service of alcohol, including checking guest identification when requiredKeeping the bar clean, organised, well-stocked and ready for serviceManaging cash and EFTPOS transactions accuratelyMonitoring stock levels and assisting with stocktake and inventory controlResponding confidently and professionally to guest requests or concernsSupporting the wider Food & Beverage team and jumping in wherever neededKeeping calm,
