Production Operators / Pick Packers - Morning, Afternoon & Night Shifts

We are currently seeking reliable Production Operators / Pick Packers to join our client's busy manufacturing operation.
Shifts Available – Monday to Friday
Morning:7:00am – 3:30pm
Afternoon:3:00pm – 11:30pm
Night:11:00pm – 7:30am
Candidates must have unlimited Australian working rights.
About the Role
This is a hands-on production and packing role suited to candidates with experience inmanufacturing, plastics, food packaging, pick packing or warehousing.
Duties include:
Removing and packing finished products from production lines
Visual quality checking and product inspection
Trimming, assembling and finishing products
Picking and packing customer orders
Checking quantities and product specifications




Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Following safety, hygiene and quality procedures
Completing basic production paperwork
Working with the team to meet daily production targets
Performing general production and warehouse duties
About You
We are looking for candidates who are:
Reliable, punctual and committed to ongoing work
Experienced in production, manufacturing, packing or warehousing
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
Physically capable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a robust focus on quality
Able to follow instructions and workplace procedures
Safety-conscious and able to work well within a team
Experienced around production machinery (advantageous)
Experienced in food manufacturing or packaging (highly regarded)
