Powder Coater – Department Lead (Training Provided)
Mason & Dean manufacture premium steel gates, fencing and balustrades in Tamworth.
We're looking for a reliable, organised person to run our powder coating department, working from our recent facilities in a clean, fresh workshop.
You don't need to have run a department before.
If you have experience in powder coating, painting, fabrication or a similar trade, and you take pride in a quality finish, we'll train and support you into the role.
What you'll do
Blast and prepare steel products ready for coating
Powder coat steel products to a premium finish
Pack finished jobs carefully, ready for freight
Run the coating area day to day and keep jobs moving on time
Order materials and raise purchase orders
Work with our team,



suppliers and customers on coating jobs
Help with quality checks and keep the workspace clean and organised

Hands-on and reliable, with a good eye for detail
Organised and happy to work independently
