About The Role
Join the Pharmacy Department as Team Leader for a new state of the art compounding suite opening in early ****.
Partner with the Senior Pharmacist – Compounding Services to build workflows, lead technicians and deliver safe, compliant aseptic production across Northern Health.
Duties
Lead day-to-day compounding suite operations and technician workflow.
Develop SOPs, local guidelines and quality controls.
Supervise, train and assess pharmacy staff competency.
Monitor cleanroom environments, PPE and aseptic practice.
Drive audits, KPIs and continuous service improvement.
Skills & Experience
Certificate IV in Health (Hospital Pharmacy Technician) or equivalent.
Qualified technician with 5+ years' experience, including 3+ years aseptic production.
Experience supervising, training and developing pharmacy technicians.




Knowledge of PIC/S GMP, USP compounding and cleanroom testing.
Flexible for after-hours, on-call and multi-campus work.
