Design & Buildare currently seeking an experiencedProject Managerto join a well-established Melbourne-based builder specialising in the luxury residential sector.

Their primary focus is on high-end residential builds, delivering stunning one-of-a-kind homes where every detail matters.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end delivery of high-end residential projects (valued up to $40m), ensuring excellence in time, cost, and quality.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants,



and subcontractors to ensure alignment and transparent communication throughout each project.
Develop and manage project budgets to maximise value without compromising quality.
Create and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying and resolving potential delays proactively.
Lead, support, and mentor Site Managers and project teams, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record of managing high-end residential projects valued above $10m.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a positive work workplace.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
Building & Construction Qualification, Diploma or similar is preferred.
