This role is a very significant role within our business.
Every cut of beef and order passes through your hands.
You'll work in our on-farm processing facility alongside the owners and our butchery team to get every order out the door.
The job will become a nearly autonomous position; there are no micromanagers here - once you get the hang of it you will be left to run your own space with no one breathing down your neck!
What we think you will love about this role:
the work ultimate roster - work hard for 3-4 days and have a long weekend, every week with the occasional early mark on a Thursday.
Key responsibilities
Cryovacing meat
Weighing and labelling cuts of meat
Picking and packing customer orders




Assisting the butchery team with daily operations
Keeping the workspace clean and organised
About you
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Strong attention to detail
A positive attitude and a team player
Be physically fit, as the role does require some lifting
Comfortable working in a cold room environment
Happy keeping a steady pace all day
Own transport to Mount Mee for a 7am start
