Life Without Barriers is hiring a casual Disability Support Worker to assist people with disability living in Essendon, in a brand-new contemporary SIL home.
You will support clients to exercise choice and live a meaningful life within their community.
The role requires person-centred practice, collaboration, and a safe home workplace.
You must be able to work a 24/7 roster including sleepover shifts, with active overnight support during the first 12 weeks as arrangements are set up.
