About the role
Key responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, staff transfers, and terminations
Create and maintain job adverts on SEEK and other platforms, and conduct candidate screenings
Collaborate with Campus Managers to determine resourcing needs and create contracts
Build and maintain relationships with Campus Managers and candidates throughout recruitment
Provide advice and support on workforce planning and HR policies
Ensure compliance with modern awards and maintain accurate employee records
Address employee complaints with problem-solving skills
Prepare monthly reports for Managers and contribute to people and culture projects
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and guidelines align with best practices and organisational goals
Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate HR reporting using the HR system
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
About you
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with handling sensitive information with discretion
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritise tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is highly advantageous
