THE POSITION
Leading and developing a multidisciplinary onsite team
Building strong relationships with key client stakeholders
Driving a positive safety culture and ensuring compliance standards are met
Managing budgets, labour costs and financial performance
Delivering exceptional hospitality, dining and workplace experiences
Monitoring service standards and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
Supporting workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and training activities
Ensuring all services are delivered in line with Compass Group policies and client expectations
THE PERSON
Previous experience managing hospitality, catering,



food service or facilities operations
Strong people leadership and team development skills
Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement
Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control
A commitment to workplace health, safety and quality standards
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
The ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on operational leadership
