You'll have the prospect to develop your knowledge and confidence across the employee lifecycle while receiving support from experienced People & Culture Business Partners.
Your responsibilities will include:Responding to day-to-day People & Culture enquiriesProviding practical support to managers and employeesSupporting employee lifecycle activities and employment changesAssisting with employee documentation and correspondenceSupporting the consistent application of policies,



procedures and people processesMaintaining accurate employee records and supporting HR systems administrationAssisting with employee relations and workplace matters, with support from experienced team membersContributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiativesBuilding positive relationships with leaders and stakeholders across the organisationSupporting workplace safety, wellbeing and compliance activitiesAbout You You don't need to be an established HR Advisor to be successful in this role.
We're looking for someone with a foundation in HR, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in developing a career in People & Culture.
You may bring:Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline, or be working towards themPrevious experience in an HR, People & Culture, recruitment or similar people-focused roleAn understanding of general HR practices and the employee lifecycleStrong organisational and administrative skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and the ability to handle information professionally and confidentiallyConfidence building relationships with a range of stakeholdersExperience using Microsoft Office applications and exposure to HR systemsA proactive attitude and willingness to learnA collaborative and customer-focused approachMost importantly, you'll be curious, approachable and keen to develop your HR knowledge in a supportive environment.
