The business has a great culture, positive support at senior leveland a genuine focus on developing and promoting people from within.Your new role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who is ready to make the step up into a Senior Project Manager position,or an existing SPM looking to join a larger, well-supported business.You will take responsibility for delivering high-endcommercial fit-out projects up to $30M, predominantly across Sydney CBD.Projects are client-facing and design-heavy, with exposure to Design &Construct; and some medical environments.Working alongside anexperienced delivery team and a robust pre-construction function, yourresponsibilities will include:Managing commercial fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completionLeading project teams and coordinating subcontractors and consultantsManaging programmes, budgets, procurement and project deliveryMaintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholdersWorking closely with the pre-construction and estimating teamsEnsuring projects are delivered safely,



on programme and to a high standardTaking ownership of commercial outcomes and overall project performanceWhat you'll need to succeed To be successful inthis position, you will need:Previous experience delivering high-value commercial fit-out projectsExperience working for a head contractor / fit-out contractorStrong understanding of Design & Construct project deliveryProven experience managing projects, subcontractors, consultants and internal teamsStrong client-facing and stakeholder management skillsConfidence managing projects in the $10M-$30M rangeThe ambition to step into a Senior Project Manager role and continue progressing your careerYou don't necessarily need to already hold the Senior Project Manager title.
