Meraki Care Services is seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team across the Sunshine Coast and Caboolture regions.
You will provide person-centered support to participants in our SIL homes, helping them build independence and improve quality of life.You will work shifts including mornings, afternoons, weekends and sleepover nights as part of a rotating roster, delivering versatile, respectful care and promoting dignity and choice for participants.
