Vancisco Industries is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to work with our small team to oversee projects from bidding through to completion.
Key responsibilities
Review project specifications and drawings
Source and prepare cost estimates, bid packages and proposals
Analyse labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs
Manage project from award to completion
Track RFI's, change orders, schedules and budgets
Co-ordinate with the workshop and installation manager, subcontractors, and clients
Conduct site visits and monitor progress
About you
Robust knowledge of steel construction processes and materials
Proficiency with Word & Excel (essential)
Knowledge of fabrication drawing programs (desirable)
Ability to multitask to deliver projects under tight deadlines
Excellent written, verbal communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work autonomously and within a small team
