We're looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced Dental Nurse who can also assist with reception to join our team at Dental + Skin Clinic East Bentleigh.
We're a boutique dental clinic with a strong focus on providing a calm, welcoming experience for both our patients and our team.
Key responsibilities
Dental assisting and supporting dentists during appointments
Sterilisation and maintaining high clinical standards
Preparing and setting up surgeries
Patient care and assisting patients throughout their appointments
Reception duties including answering phones, emails and patient enquiries
Appointment bookings, confirmations and payments
General administrative tasks and supporting the smooth running of the clinic
About you
Experienced in dental assisting
Confident and friendly with patients
Comfortable working across both clinical and reception duties
Organised, reliable and attentive to detail
A team player with a positive and skilled attitude
Calm and compassionate when supporting nervous patients
Well presented and confident communicating with patients
Experience with dental practice software and reception is highly regarded
