About the Role
We're looking for confident and motivated Shift Leaders to help run great shifts and lead excellent teams.
As a Shift Leader, you'll be the steady presence on shift, setting the pace, supporting the team and making sure every guest has a positive experience.
You'll play a key role in maintaining high standards across service, food quality, safety and teamwork.

What You'll Be Doing




Leading the EJ Way and supporting the team during serviceKeeping daily operations running smoothly and efficientlyCoaching and training team members to build confidence and capabilityDelivering consistent, guest-focused experiencesSupporting rostering and shift organisationHelping drive performance against restaurant goals and KPIsUpholding food safety, cleanliness and WHS standardsManaging stock levels so the kitchen and service never miss a beat
