Our ISS Health Team is growing, and we are currently seeking casual Hospital Cleaners to join our team at Peter James Centre(Burwood)
We are looking for individuals who are able to work across the week, day shifts 6:30am-2:30pm, and afternoon shifts starting at 2:30pm -10:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Ability to work early mornings or evening shiftsSafe handling of chemical and/or hazardous substances in the performance of cleaning dutiesDecontamination of surfaces after the initial clinical waste spillage has been removed by clinical staffIdentifying and recording any problems relating to cleaning services and/or safetyProvide cleaning services in both patient and non-patient areas, adhering to infection control procedures, conducting waste removal, and undertaking infectious cleaning in designated areasCompetitive compensation,

About you:
Demonstrate a positive attitude and drive to deliver strong customer serviceAbility to work day or evening shifts, between the hours of 6:30am to 10:30pmAbility to undergo a functional pre-employment medicalPolice Clearance, or ability to obtain, is essentialEvidence of immunisation for Influenza, or willingness to obtain, as per VIC Health Worker policy is essential
