RaeCare Support Services is urgently seeking compassionate, reliable and enthusiastic Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.
Multiple positions are available across Logan, South Brisbane, Scenic Rim, Beaudesert and surrounding areas, with a variety of shifts and a substantial number of hours available for suitable applicants, including active overnight shifts from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.Key responsibilitiesProviding individualised, person-centred disability supportAssisting participants with personal care and daily living activitiesSupporting community access, social engagement and appointmentsAssisting with household tasks, meal preparation and maintaining a safe living environmentEncouraging independence and supporting participants to achieve their personal goalsProviding active overnight support where requiredMaintaining accurate progress notes and documentationCommunicating effectively with participants, families, colleagues and managementFollowing individual support plans, organisational policies and NDIS Practice StandardsAbout youCertificate III in Individual Support (Disability),
