Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Serveas the primarySigma technical andanalytics specialist, supporting a growing community ofbusiness users.
BuildSigma workbooks, dashboards,reports, and reusable analytics assetson Snowflake.
Turnbusiness questions into meaningful analytics rather than simplytranslating requirements into dashboards.
Applya solid understanding ofdatamodels, relationships, business definitions, and contexttodeliver accurate, trusted analytics.
Create reusabletemplates, designpatterns, and standardsto accelerate Sigma adoption.
Establish consistentdevelopment standardsand best practicesacross Sigma assets.
Workdirectly with business users to understand how they explore and consumedata, maintaining a stronguser-centricapproach.
Collaboratewith data engineers, analysts, governance teams, and business stakeholderson data and analytics needs.
Enableself-service analytics while maintainingconsistency, quality, and maintainability.




Identifyopportunities to simplify existing analytics and improve the userexperience.
Whereneeded, support the transition or rationalisation ofTableau reporting and analyticsintothe evolving Sigma environment.
Required Skills
Must Have
Stronghands-on experience withSigmaComputing / Sigma Analytics.
AdvancedSQLskills.
Strongworking knowledge ofSnowflake.
Solidunderstanding ofdata modelling,relationships, dimensional concepts, and analytical datasets.
Strongdata analysis and problem-solvingskills.
Abilityto interpret data in itsbusinesscontext, not just through visualisation.
Experiencebuilding dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions.
Stronguser-centric thinkingand ability to work directly with business users.
Abilityto establishtemplates, standards,reusable patterns, and development practices.
Good to Have
ExperiencewithTableau,especially in environments using both Tableau and Sigma.
Experiencerationalising or modernising legacy BI and reporting environments.
Understandingof data governance, data quality, and analytics governance.
Experiencesupporting aself-serviceanalyticsoperating model.
