selectability is seeking a proactive Risk & Resilience Officer to support the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and resilience initiatives.
You will be part of the Governance and Assurance team, strengthening risk capability and championing a positive risk culture.
Key responsibilities include developing the ERM framework, monitoring risks, overseeing risk Registers and KRIs, and coordinating risk workshops and training across the workforce.
