We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our dedicated team.
You will take the lead in your room, creating a positive and enriching learning environment that supports each child's development and wellbeing.
Key responsibilities
Planning and delivering engaging programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)/Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF)
Leading, mentoring, and supporting fellow educators
Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children
Building solid, respectful relationships with families and the community
Observing, documenting, and reflecting on children's learning
Ensuring compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS)
About you
Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
Previous experience in a Lead Educator role (or similar)




Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS and Child Safe Standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC), Mandatory Child Safety Training-1, 2, 3 and 4 and Mandatory Child Protection Training
First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
