Milne Bros Equipment in Mackay is on the lookout for a Service Advisor to join our awesome Service Department.
This is a full-time role based in our Mackay branch – perfect for someone who thrives in a rapid-paced environment, loves solving problems, and enjoys having a laugh along the way.
This might be an office-based role, but trust us – it's far from boring.
You'll have the autonomy to run your day, make decisions, and work closely with a fantastic team of skilled technicians and genuinely great office people who love what they do.
What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day (and trust us, every day is different!)
Chatting with customers and helping them through their service and repair needs
Preparing quotes and keeping customers up to date
Scheduling and coordinating workshop jobs to keep things moving
Working closely with our workshop team to deliver top-notch service
Keeping accurate records of all service work
Spotting opportunities to upsell parts or additional services
Being the friendly face and voice of Milne Bros Service – customer service is key!
What We're Looking For
We're after someone who loves a challenge, has a way with people,



and can juggle all the moving parts of a busy service department.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role
Strong communication and organisational skills
Great attention to detail and ability to think on your feet
A bit of technical know-how is always handy
A positive attitude and a team-first approach
