Our client, a large and well-established processing operation based in the Shepparton region, is seeking an experienced Recruitment & HR Coordinator to join their team.
This is a fantastic prospect for someone who enjoys a mix of recruitment and human resources responsibilities and thrives in a fast-paced operational environment.
Working closely with site leaders and management, you will play a key role in attracting, onboarding and supporting employees across the business.
About the Role
Reporting to senior management, your responsibilities will include:
End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
Advertising vacancies and screening candidates
Coordinating interviews and reference checks
Managing onboarding and induction processes
Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
Assisting with workforce planning and staffing requirements
Supporting managers with employee relations matters
Assisting with performance management processes
Ensuring compliance with workplace policies and procedures
Supporting health, safety and wellbeing initiatives
General HR administration and reporting
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in recruitment, human resources,
or a similar role
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Experience using recruitment or HR systems (desirable)
Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices (desirable)
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
