Silverchain is seeking a Home Care Worker to help our aged clients remain independent at home in Penrith and surrounding suburbs.
You will perform general housekeeping, personal care, meal prep, shopping, and accompany clients to lifestyle activities, with transport arranged as needed.
Requirements include a valid Australian driver's licence, your own insured vehicle, and 3–6 months' experience in community or aged care.
