Serco's Acacia Prison in WA is seeking a Social Worker to join the Psychological Health Services team.
You will provide assessment, counselling and therapeutic interventions onsite, supporting individuals in a correctional setting with psychological and social needs.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver goal-directed, evidence-based care, complete risk assessments, and maintain defensible clinical documentation.
