About the role
Act on complex construction and infrastructure disputes arising from major projects.
Advise on contractual issues, delays, disruption, variations and defects.
Assist with security of payment claims and other payment disputes.
Draft correspondence, pleadings, evidence and submissions.
Prepare matters for adjudication, mediation, arbitration and court proceedings.
Work closely with senior lawyers, clients,
counsel and technical experts.
The ideal candidate
Approximately 2–5 years' PQE in construction disputes, commercial litigation or broader dispute resolution.
Strong drafting, research and analytical skills.
A genuine interest in building a practice in construction and infrastructure disputes.
