Plena Healthcare is seeking a Physiotherapist to work across Yorke Peninsula in Residential Aged Care settings.
You will deliver evidence-based therapy programs, focusing on mobility and functional outcomes, with care plan reviews and one-to-one interventions.
You will join a multidisciplinary team, with opportunities to work across RAC and Community settings, and mentorship to support growth in this rewarding role.
