You will partner with project leaders, contractors, and stakeholders to mobilise, engage, develop, and manage the workforce to safely deliver construction activities on time and within budget.
The role offers strategic and operational HR leadership across workforce planning, recruitment, industrial relations, and wellbeing, on a two-year fixed-term contract.
