Primary Connect is seeking a hands-on People Leader to manage the VIC Pallet Control Officers and optimise ULD stocktakes and equipment movements across our Melbourne network.
You will drive compliance, analyse data to reduce hire charges and pallet loss, and partner with Transport, DC Operations, pooling suppliers and carriers to embed fixes for recurring issues.
This hybrid role offers growth and development opportunities.
