You will work with Sous Chefs and the Executive Chef to ensure top-quality, secure, and appealing breakfast service.
The ideal candidate has 5-star hotel experience, relevant Cookery certification (Certificate III or equivalent), and strong knowledge of contemporary kitchen practices.
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays is essential.
