This role involves operating a work boat to transport personnel, tools, equipment, and materials between shore and the work area.
The project is located over tidal water, making marine access a critical part of daily operations.
About the Role
Operate a work boat transporting workers to and from site
Transport tools, equipment, and construction materials
Conduct daily vessel checks and marine safety inspections
Monitor tidal conditions and maintain protected boat operations
Assist the site crew with general duties when required
100% Non-Negotiable Requirements
Coxswain Grade 3 Near Coastal (or higher)
Previous experience operating vessels/work boats
White Card
Current Driver's License
Comfortable working alongside civil construction crews
Reliable and safety focused
