As a Gym Instructor, you will play a key role in supporting our members, delivering quality fitness experiences, and maintaining a positive and motivating environment.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team while continuing to develop your skills within the fitness industry.
Key responsibilities
Conducting member inductions and supporting gym users
Providing fitness guidance and assistance to members
Delivering group fitness classes and exercise sessions
Conducting health and fitness assessments
Providing exceptional customer service and creating strong member relationships
Maintaining a secure, clean, and welcoming facility environment
Working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
Assisting with additional duties as required to support the needs of the facility
About you
A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others
A positive, energetic, and approachable personality
Robust communication and customer service skills
The ability to work independently while contributing to a strong team culture
A safety-focused mindset and commitment to maintaining high standards
Strength and Conditioning coaching experience or knowledge
Certificate III or IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Positive Queensland Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
Knowledge and experience in fitness training, group exercise, and exercise delivery
Basic computer skills
Available Monday's 5AM-8AM $ Saturday's 6AM-9AM
