Customer Service Representative (Townsville) Achieve Group Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our Townsville-based team.
This is a busy, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys helping customers, managing orders, and working in a fast-paced office environment.
Training will be provided.
About the Role
As the first point of contact, you'll provide skilled customer service over the phone and in person, while supporting order processing and internal coordination to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Answering inbound calls and responding to customer enquiries
Processing orders accurately and efficiently
Order management (updates, changes, follow-ups and general administration)
Providing high-quality customer service in a fast-paced office environment
Serving walk-in customers and providing counter/front-desk support




Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure orders are actioned correctly and on time
Hours (Rotating Weekly Roster)
This role operates on a two-week rotating roster:
Week 1
Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Friday: 7:00am - 1:00pm
Week 2
Monday - Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
What We're Looking For
Customer service experience in a fast-paced office environment (preferred)
Confident phone manner and strong communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Professional presentation and a customer-focused attitude
Reliable and punctual, with the ability to commit to the rotating roster
Training & Support
Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
