The opportunity
Manage a residential portfolio of ******* properties
1 Day Working from home
Rotating Saturday's (approx. once every 2 months)
Dedicated leasing team who own the process from listing to signed lease
Full administration support handling the paperwork behind your portfolio
Collaborative property management team and leadership at your level to bounce the hard ones off
Leadership who are present, approachable and back their people
Your portfolio properly covered when you take leave

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have proven experience managing a residential property portfolio end-to-end, a strong understanding of Victorian tenancy legislation and compliance, and excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
You must have anAgents Representative Certificate/ Certificate IV in Real Estate, as well as a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle are essential.
