Olympus is seeking a Customer IT Support Specialist to join our Medical team at our Notting Hill head office in Victoria.
In this customer-facing role, you will provide first and second-level support across healthcare software, imaging and clinical ICT solutions, helping providers maximise the value of their technology investments.
The ideal candidate has a IT qualification and at least 2 years in technical support, with solid remote assistance, problem-solving and communication skills.
